Change Password / Reset Password

Change password

Users can change their own password on their profile page. Click on edit in the upper right corner and 

select the Password option from the pop-up.

Here you have to enter and confirm the new password.

If the users forget their login credentials they have two options. The first option is to click the 

"Forgot password?" option on the Login pop-up.

Enter your email address, then click Send password instructions.

You will receive an email with a reset link, that has 15 minutes validity.

The link will redirect you to the portal to enter and confirm the new password.
